Introduction
I’m Naomi, and I have been a nurse working in medical and surgical areas, at multiple hospitals, for over 20 years. Currently, I am working for UCHealth in Denver Colorado. I’m very happy with my job, and love my coworkers.
Over the years I have seen many people suffer from mental, financial, and physical stress after requiring surgeries, hospitalizations, and physical rehabilitation. Much of this can be avoided with simple practices that can keep you healthy.
There is a huge lack of public knowledge of these simple practices. You don’t have to exercise every day. You don’t have to follow a strict diet every day. You don’t have to go to extremes. You just need simple, small practices to keep you healthy, and some knowledge! That’s right, it’s not that complicated, and it doesn’t have to be that difficult.
My hope is that I can reach and help those people that are seeking guidance through the healthcare system. I want to help teach people how to avoid being hospitalized and to focus on preventative care and personal health. The more that you invest in your personal health now the less you will likely have to invest later on as you age.
It is my pleasure to help serve the community in this way.
