HIPAA Compliance & Secure Data Storage
Effective Date: February 16, 2026
Our Commitment to Your Privacy
We respect your privacy and take protecting your information seriously. When you share information with us through our website, forms, or services, we use reasonable and appropriate safeguards to protect it.
If you provide health-related information that qualifies as Protected Health Information (PHI), we handle and store it in a manner designed to align with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
HIPAA Compliance & PHI Storage
We store PHI using Google Workspace under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Google. This BAA is intended to ensure that Google supports HIPAA-required safeguards for PHI within covered services.
We also apply internal safeguards to help protect PHI, including administrative, technical, and physical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain.
Security Safeguards We Use
To help protect your information, we use safeguards such as:
Access controls (limiting access to authorized personnel only)
Secure authentication and account protections
Encryption in transit and at rest where supported by the platform and configuration
Role-based permissions to minimize unnecessary access
Ongoing monitoring and risk review to support secure operations
Data minimization (we collect and retain only what we need)
No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take meaningful steps to reduce risk and protect your information.
