Regeneration Health respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal and health information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and protected when you visit our website, contact Regeneration Health, or participate in services.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT & USE
Depending on the services you use, Regeneration Health may collect contact information, appointment information, client intake and screening information, health information you voluntarily provide, fitness and wellness information, service-related communications, and billing information when applicable.
This information may be used to respond to inquiries, schedule and provide services, communicate with you, maintain appropriate records, support client safety, and meet applicable legal and professional requirements.
Regeneration Health does not sell your protected health information.
PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION
Regeneration Health uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal and health-related information.
Designated client records and sensitive information are maintained within an approved Google Workspace environment. When HIPAA applies, applicable Google Workspace services are used under a Business Associate Agreement and with HIPAA-oriented privacy and security safeguards.
No electronic system can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable measures are taken to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or misuse.
RN SERVICES & PERSONAL TRAINING
Regeneration Health maintains a clear distinction between Registered Nurse (RN) services and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) services.
RN documentation is maintained separately as nursing-service documentation. Personal-training programming, progress, and routine fitness information may be managed through approved fitness technology such as Everfit.
Everfit is used for personal training and general wellness functions and is not used as a substitute for the designated records environment for Colorado RN services.
RN services are available only to eligible adults located in Colorado at the time of service.
WEBSITE & ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Please do not submit detailed medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other highly sensitive information through general website forms unless specifically instructed to do so.
Regeneration Health may communicate through email, telephone, text, video, or approved online platforms.
Electronic communications carry inherent privacy risks and cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Website forms, email, text messages, and online platforms are not continuously monitored and should not be used for emergencies.
SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
Personal information may be shared only when reasonably necessary, including with your authorization, with service providers supporting business operations, when required or permitted by law, or when necessary to address an immediate safety concern.
Appropriate privacy and security safeguards are used when sensitive information is handled by third-party service providers.
HIPAA & PRIVACY RIGHTS
Some information handled by Regeneration Health may qualify as Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA when HIPAA applies to the particular service and information involved.
When applicable, PHI is handled according to applicable privacy and security requirements. If a separate Notice of Privacy Practices is legally required, it will provide additional information about permitted uses and disclosures of PHI and applicable privacy rights.
ADULTS ONLY
Regeneration Health client services are intended for adults age 18 and older.
EMERGENCIES
Regeneration Health's website and electronic communications are not emergency services.
