Who This Is For
Adults (30s–60s+) who:
Have completed physical therapy
Are cleared by their provider but feel unsure about next steps
Want to return to strength training safely
Are recovering from orthopedic surgery (knee, hip, shoulder, spine)
Are rebuilding after illness, hospitalization, or deconditioning
Want structured guidance—not a generic gym plan
Why This Program Is Different
This program is led by a Registered Nurse with:
20+ years inpatient clinical experience
Deep understanding of surgical recovery timelines
10+ years of weightlifting experience
3 years coached by certified personal trainers
5+ years of Tae Kwon Do and Jujutsu training
Advanced understanding of body mechanics, mobility, and joint protection
This is not personal training alone.
This is medically informed fitness progression.
Tier 1: Recovery Transition Session
“Clear to Move” Assessment (Single Session)
Best for: Clients recently discharged from PT who want a safe starting plan.
Includes:
Comprehensive health & surgical history review
Red flag screening
Medication & mobility review
Movement assessment (balance, strength, joint stability)
Safe exercise baseline plan
Written 4-week starter progression roadmap
Format: 60–75 minute virtual or in-person session
