Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or dairy milk)

  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • ½ banana

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until smooth.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
