Morning Energizer Smoothie
Ingredients (serves 1):
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or dairy milk)
½ cup frozen mango chunks
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
½ banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
