  • 1 cup cooked sweet potato

  • 1½ cups low-sodium bone broth

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Pinch of salt & nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. Place sweet potato, bone broth, olive oil, salt, and nutmeg in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Heat gently on stove if desired.
